Bo Newland

Market Analyst

Bo began her career in real estate as a personal assistant to a top broker in Asheville, N.C., soon after moving to the Carolinas from Colorado in the early 2000s.  After obtaining her N.C. Real Estate Broker license, she began an entry-level position at Delphi Development in Asheville, N.C. Within a few months, Bo was handling most of the day-to-day office administration, including sales and marketing for a new condo community, design and production of marketing collateral, management of a 160-unit apartment community, preparation or editing of all correspondence between the owner and stakeholders, new construction oversight and punch list management, file management for multiple entities, budget oversight, and more.

In 2007, Bo began working as a freelancer, focusing primarily on marketing-based projects for Delphi, as well as for select real estate brokers and developers in the Carolinas and Georgia. In the past several years, Bo's work has expanded to include a variety of marketing and market research projects, contributions to due diligence efforts, data management and visualization, content development, layout and design, deed and title work, and the start-to-finish production of quarterly market reports and investor memos.  She has been working with the HIC Land team since early 2019.

Bo graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.  She returned to Regis to complete a Master of Education in Adult Learning, Training, and Development, receiving graduate honors for outstanding research on her masters thesis – an in-depth study on facilitating long-term, sustainable change.
