Our Strategy

HIC Land’s general focus has been entitling, developing, and holding parcels of land off-balance sheet for several of the nation’s largest homebuilders.  Our builder partners include DR Horton, Lennar, CalAtlantic, and Pulte Homes in the southern and northeastern regions of the United States. While entitlement risk investments provide significant return opportunities, our business strategy is primarily focused on the development of lots and off-balance sheet financing.
