Scott Lloyd

Scott joined Hoyer Land LLC in January 2022 as a Construction and Land Development Manager covering Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Wilmington, North Carolina.  He brings 6 years of construction experience including vertical construction, purchasing, land development and operations management.

 

Prior to joining the construction industry, Scott spent 15 years in the financial services industry.  Having spent most of that time in the area of small business and commercial loan portfolio manangement, Scott worked closely with residential builders, commercial builders and land developers.  

 

Scott is a native of North Carolina and holds a BBA from Campbell University.  He also holds a South Carolina General Contractors license and South Carolina Real Estate Sales license.
