Henry brings over 25 years of experience in land development, having worked with some of the nation’s largest private (David Weekley Homes) and public builders. His background spans major markets across the Southwest and Southeast, including involvement in projects ranging from 20 to 2,000 homes.

With expertise across all phases of land development—from initial design and permitting to construction and final closeout—Henry offers a broad, multi-market perspective that will be instrumental in expanding HIC’s +50,000-lot pipeline across the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.
