Amanda DeBlasi

Senior Accountant

Amanda joined HIC Land, LLC in October 2024 as their Senior Accountant. She will be responsible for the accounting, reporting, and financial analysis functions within HIC.

Prior to joining HIC, she began her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Charleston, SC in July 2020.  Since living in Charleston, Amanda has gained her accounting experience working for companies such as the Medical University of South Carolina as an Accountant/Fiscal Analyst in the Department of Medicine, Development & Construction Accountant at Greystar, and a Senior Accountant at energyRe/Related Companies.

Amanda grew up in Westport, Connecticut and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland.
