Todd Oligino

Todd serves as the Financial Controller for HIC Land, LLC. He is responsible for the accounting, reporting, and financial analysis functions within HIC.

Todd brings 25 years of accounting experience to his role at HIC. He has held the CFO or Controller roles for various start-up investment and consulting companies where he designed and oversaw the implementation of accounting, reporting, and internal control infrastructures. Todd also has experience within larger entities, having managed a team of financial controllers supporting the credit derivative trading desks within UBS at its (then) US headquarters in Connecticut.

Todd began his career as an auditor with Deloitte after graduating from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Todd is also a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.
