Nikole Steeley

Nikole joined HIC Land in October 2023 to work as a paralegal, responsible for assisting throughout the closing process and ensuring closings move forward in a timely and efficient manner.

Prior to joining HIC Nikole worked as a real estate paralegal for a successful South Carolina law firm with a focus on real estate closings. Nikole also worked as a title escrow officer for a title company, assisting with transactions across the U.S.

Nikole is local to the Charleston area and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of Charleston, followed up by a certificate of applied science in Paralegal Studies.
