Patrick Dusch

Patrick joined HIC Land in June 2021, shortly after graduating summa cum laude from the Darla Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina, from which Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate with a concentration in Data Analytics.

 

Prior to graduation, Patrick worked for LandTech, a close development partner of HIC Land, as well as other multifamily developers within South Carolina.

Patrick is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and enjoys golfing, running, and cheering for the Gamecocks.
