Victor Padilla
CPA, Director of Operations
Victor serves as the Director of Operations for HIC Land. He is responsible for daily operations including all acquisitions, dispositions, financing and personal management.
Prior to joining HIC, Victor worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where he took part in the audit of clients in the industries of Commercial Real Estate, Manufacturing, Government, Retail, and Commodities. He was responsible for the testing of significant audit risk areas, as well as testing and reviewing pertinent financial trending data. He worked extensively under Governmental Accounting Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Victor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, and a Master of Accounting from Tulane University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2015.
