Hoyer Investment Company Land, LLC ("HIC Land") is a Florida-based real estate investment and asset manager. We acquire, rezone, and develop land throughout the United States, with particular focus in the southeast region. We specialize in land banking and land development for the largest, publicly traded homebuilders in the United States.
Through our nationwide reach and established partnerships with a variety of homebuilders, we can source and investigate multiple land investment opportunities, including off-balance sheet financing opportunities. What we do...
HIC Land Banking is the purchase of raw, undeveloped and entitled land, which eventually is sold to homebuilders in phases. No development work, whatsoever, is completed while this property is “land banked.” HIC Land acts strictly as an off-balance sheet holding vehicle for their partner homebuilders.
HIC Land Development is the acquisition and development of single-family lots for sale to national homebuilders. HIC Land closes on a property after it has been fully entitled and permitted, then begins to install infrastructure: water, sewer, drainage, and paving. Developed lots are subsequently purchased by select homebuilders.
